For each order: its ID, date, net total (without tax and shipping, less refunds), status, your store's currency, and the source type, utm_source and referrer host from WooCommerce's order attribution, and a one-way SHA-256 hash of the buyer's email. Never a buyer's name, email, address, phone number or IP address, and never the items ordered. See "External services" for when it sends them.
The plugin is free, and so is connecting your store and seeing what AI brought it in the last 60 days. The 7BE service is 10% of the sales AI brings you. No subscription, no contract. Every order visible; any disputed order removed. Any store can start, from the Start 7BE button in your 7BE dashboard. The terms are at https://7be.io/terms.
An order counts when its journey started or ended at an AI assistant. In WooCommerce that is read from the order attribution your store records: the orders whose visit came from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot or Claude (the referrer or the utm_source). Order attribution comes with WooCommerce 8.5 and newer; orders placed before it was on, or when it is switched off, have no source and do not count, unless their buyer is an AI customer: a buyer whose earlier order came from an AI assistant counts for 12 months after that order. Every counted order is listed in your 7BE account with its source, and you can mark an order "Not from AI".
No one can. 7BE works to bring you shoppers from AI assistants and shows what they brought, order by order, so you see whether the numbers move.
Only if you turn on a one-click fix. While your store is connected and 7BE has a block for a product, the plugin also shows a "Questions and answers" tab on that product's page; it is not saved into the product and goes away with the connection. Stores that already apply 7BE product texts into their descriptions can still do so from the 7BE dashboard (Undo puts the old description back). Otherwise the plugin adds an admin page, background tasks that send the order data above, and two public REST routes: one used during connection, one that accepts product texts signed with your store's key. After you press "Verify and claim my site" in the 7BE dashboard, it also adds Google's website verification tag to your front page until you disconnect Google. The fixes add product data to product pages, answer /llms.txt and, for IndexNow (the fix, or while 7BE is on), /your-indexnow-key.txt; they never edit your products or theme files, and turning a fix off removes it at once.
Before you disconnect, the plugin page shows what AI brought your store through 7BE in the last 3 months and what stops. Then the plugin forgets its connection, stops sending orders and tells 7BE, which stops scans and order reads for your store. The 7BE blocks, rating and feeds stop: the product tabs leave your product pages and the plugin deletes its copy of them. A page that a caching plugin has already saved keeps showing the tab until that cache is cleared. Product descriptions you applied from 7BE earlier stay as they are.
No. It is rented with the service: it shows while the plugin is active and your store is connected, and disappears when it is not. The plugin never writes it into your products. If you want a text of your own, write it in WooCommerce as usual.
No. The plugin contains all of its code and has no license key. The summaries and questions and answers are made by the 7BE service once you start it; the plugin shows whatever 7BE sends for your store, and nothing when it sends none.
On the product page, in WooCommerce's product tabs next to Description. It works in any theme that shows WooCommerce's product tabs, including block themes that use the Product Details block. A theme that hides the tabs shows nothing, and no FAQ structured data is printed either.
