Abmahn-Shield prüft deine Website auf die häufigsten Abmahnrisiken in Deutschland. WooCommerce wird nicht vorausgesetzt. Impressumspflicht (DDG §5), Datenschutzerklärung (DSGVO Art. 13), Cookie-Einwilligung (TDDDG §25) und das Google-Fonts-Risiko (BGH 2022) gelten für jede geschäftliche Website: Vereine, Coaches, Praxen, Handwerksbetriebe, Agenturen, Fotografen, Blogs. Ist WooCommerce aktiv, kommen die Shop-Pflichten automatisch dazu. Kostenloser Quick-Scan (jede WordPress-Seite)

• WooCommerce is no longer required. Until 1.0.6 the plugin refused to activate without WooCommerce (Requires Plugins header plus an activation hook that deactivated itself and called wp_die()). Since the imprint, privacy policy, cookie consent and Google Fonts checks apply to any German business website, that restriction locked out most of the plugin's actual audience. The plugin now runs on any WordPress site.
• Admin screen moved to Settings > Abmahn-Shield and now requires manage_options. On stores with WooCommerce active it additionally stays available under WooCommerce, and the required capability no longer excludes non-shop administrators.
• Shop-specific checks (terms, right of withdrawal, shipping information, unit prices) now only run when WooCommerce is active, and the scan result states explicitly that they were skipped. This prevents false alarms on non-shop sites.
• Pricing: Deep-Scan price reduced from 9,90 EUR to 4,95 EUR (single one-time charge, still no subscription). Admin UI label and readme updated accordingly.

• Privacy: Removed the implicit site-key registration call from the local Quick-Scan. The Quick-Scan is now strictly local and performs zero outbound HTTP requests to Abmahn-Shield servers. Site registration only happens on the first Deep-Scan (which is an explicit, opt-in user action triggered by clicking "Deep-Scan starten" or "Jetzt kaufen"). Readme "External services" entry for /api/wc/register updated to reflect this.

• Readme: extended "External services" section to explicitly document all third-party domains referenced in the local pattern-matching scanner (Google Fonts, Google Analytics/GTM, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity). Each entry now includes the provider, terms of service, and privacy policy URL. No code changes; the plugin still does not connect to any of these services.
• Pricing: Deep-Scan price reduced from 14,90 EUR to 9,90 EUR (single one-time charge, still no subscription). Admin UI label updated accordingly.
