WooCommerce runs the store well, but its admin leaves gaps you hit every week. You need an order but only have the product SKU or the total, and the order search can't find it. Someone says the order email never arrived, and there's no record of what was sent. A guest wants their past orders in an account, and WooCommerce has no way to add them. Cash on delivery shows up on a $2,000 order. Each of these usually means installing another plugin.
Admin Powerups for WooCommerce fills those gaps in one plugin, under WooCommerce → Powerups. Switch on the tools your store needs and leave the rest off.

Why store owners use it
- Fewer plugins to manage. Order search, an email log, guest accounts, payment and shipping rules, stock editing, customer tools and developer tools come from one plugin with one settings screen, instead of a separate plugin for each.
- You only load what you use. A tool you haven't switched on doesn't run, so it can't slow your store or change anything.
- Fast on big stores. On a test store with 100,000 orders and 50,000 customers, the Orders and Users lists loaded within 20 milliseconds of their speed without the plugin. Settings that can slow a large store are marked, with a faster option next to them.
- Works with how WooCommerce works today. High-performance order storage (HPOS), the block and classic checkouts, and multisite are all supported.
- Free, with nothing held back. There are no upsell screens or ads, you don't need an account, and the plugin sends no data to us.
- Your data stays tidy. Each tool shows what it stores and lets you delete it. Deleting the plugin removes its settings too, unless you choose to keep them.
Orders
- Advanced order search: WooCommerce's order search can't look up an order by SKU, total, coupon or note, and a phone number you type can match an order ID instead. Pick what you're searching by from a "Search by" menu: phone, email, company, product, SKU, variation, order total or a range, coupon, payment or shipping method, transaction ID, custom field or order note. Docs
- Autocomplete orders: stop marking paid orders Completed by hand. Set rules for paid orders, virtual or downloadable products, or chosen products, categories or payment methods, with exceptions and an optional delay, and choose whether the customer gets the Completed email. Docs
- Save order address to customer: when you correct an address on an order, the customer's profile keeps the old one, so the next order starts wrong. Copy the order's billing or shipping address to the profile with one click, or automatically when the order status changes. Docs
- Payment link helper: taking an order over the phone? Copy, open or email the payment link for any unpaid order from the order screen. Docs
- Thank-you page preview: check what customers see after checkout without placing a test order. The preview runs with tracking scripts off, so it never counts as a sale in your analytics. Docs
- Analytics order filters: WooCommerce Analytics can't split orders by location, payment method or customer role. Filter Analytics → Orders by country, state, city, payment method, shipping method and customer role, including guests. Charts, totals and CSV exports follow the filters. Docs
Customers
- Accounts for guest orders: guest checkouts leave customers without an account, so they can't see their order history. Create accounts from guest orders automatically, with a set-password email, and convert your past guest orders with a bulk tool. Docs
- Switch to customer: when a customer says "it doesn't work for me", see the store, cart and My Account pages exactly as they do, then switch back in one click. Docs
- Advanced customer search: the Users list only searches names and emails. Search customers by phone, company, address, city, postcode, order number, product or SKU bought, customer tag, number of orders, lifetime spend or order date. Docs
- Duplicate customer finder: find people who signed up more than once, with the same email, phone or address, or a similar name at a similar address. It only reports matches and never changes accounts. Docs
- Customer tags: WooCommerce has no way to group customers. Tag them with your own groups, such as Wholesale, VIP or Department, and filter the Users list by tag. Docs
- Customer table columns: see phone, city, country, customer since, number of orders, lifetime spend, average order and last order on the Users list, without opening each profile. Choose the columns and drag them into order. Docs
Emails
- Email log: when a customer says they never got the order email, check. See every WooCommerce email your store sends, whether it went out and, if not, why. View it as the customer saw it, resend it, and see all of an order's emails on the order page. Docs
- Email preview & resend: resend the Processing or Completed email from the order page, and preview or test any WooCommerce email with a real order before customers see it. Docs
- Email recipients & attachments: need your warehouse, accountant or supplier to see certain orders? Send them copies of chosen WooCommerce emails (To, Cc or Bcc), for all orders or only orders with certain products, and attach files such as terms, warranties or product guides. Docs
Checkout and store
- Payment method rules: WooCommerce offers every payment method on every order. Hide a gateway, or only offer it, by cart total, product, category, shipping method, country, state or customer role. For example, no Cash on delivery over $1,000. Docs
- Shipping method rules: the same rules for shipping methods, plus "hide the other methods when free shipping is available". Docs
- Checkout blocklist: keep repeat fraudsters and abusive buyers from ordering again. Block emails, domains, phone numbers, IP addresses or customer accounts. Shoppers see a neutral message and you get a list of blocked attempts. Docs
- Holiday mode: going away? Pause checkout or all purchases, with optional start and end dates and a store banner. Customers' carts are kept for when you're back. Docs
- High-value order alerts: big orders deserve a closer look. Flag them in the Orders list and get an email when one is paid. Docs
- Quick stock: updating stock means opening products one at a time. See and change stock for every product and variation on one screen. Filter low or out of stock, type a new amount and press Enter. Docs
Developer and performance tools (admins only)
The tools a developer reaches for when a store is slow or something runs in the background and fails. Only administrators see them. Anything that deletes data asks you to confirm first, and the riskiest actions ask you to type a word.
About these tools
- Database clean-up: WooCommerce and WordPress leave old sessions, transients, orphaned order data, revisions, spam and finished background jobs behind, and they slow the database down. Each check shows a count and example rows before you delete anything, and an optional weekly clean-up keeps it tidy. Docs
- Autoloaded options: a slow admin is often caused by options that load on every page. See which ones they are, which plugin they belong to and how big they are. Stop autoloading heavy ones and delete leftovers from removed plugins. Docs
- Test data: create realistic test products, customers, orders, coupons and reviews without sending any emails, then delete them all in one go. Before deleting a test product it checks real orders, so nothing a real customer bought is removed. Docs
- Scheduled action monitor: background jobs fail quietly. See failed, overdue and stuck jobs (Action Scheduler), run one now, retry, cancel or clear out old ones. Docs
- Cron inspector: find out why a scheduled task didn't run. See every WP-Cron event, spot overdue ones and events left by removed plugins, check that cron can run, and run an event now. Docs
- Webhook health: WooCommerce turns off a webhook after repeated failures, and nobody is told. See disabled or failing webhooks and their recent deliveries, send a test and re-enable them. Docs
- Order meta inspector: see every piece of data saved on an order and its items, or the whole order as JSON, without a database tool. Passwords, keys and tokens stay masked. Docs
