Stop losing bookings because your forms ask people to type dates by hand. Advanced Date Time Field adds a gorgeous, touch-friendly calendar and time picker to the form builder you already use — no rebuilds, no shortcodes to memorize, no bloat. Powered by Flatpickr, one of the fastest and lightest date picker libraries in the world, the field pops open a smooth calendar your visitors can tap through instantly on any device. Whether you need a simple date, a precise time, or both side by side in a single field, it takes about thirty seconds to set up. 常见问题:

Which form builder plugins are supported?

Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, the Elementor Pro Form widget, and Fluent Forms. The Elementor integration requires Elementor Pro, since the Form widget is a Pro feature.

How do I enable the field for my form builder?

Go to Date Time Field → Integrations in your WordPress dashboard and switch on the card for your form builder. The change saves automatically. Then reload your form builder's editor — the new Advanced Date Time field type will be available.

How do I add the field in Contact Form 7?

Open your form, and in the tag generator panel click Advanced Date Time. Configure the options, insert the tag into your form template, and use the generated mail tag (such as [your-date-time]) in your Mail tab to include the value in notifications.

Can I stop visitors from selecting past dates?

Yes. Set Min Date to Today and the calendar will only allow today and future dates.

Can I disable a specific weekday, like Sundays?

Yes. Use the Disable Weekday option and pick the day. That weekday becomes unselectable in the calendar — perfect for shops that don't take bookings on certain days.

How do I change the date format or switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time?

Both are per-field options. Date Format offers d-m-Y, m-d-Y and Y-m-d, and Time Format switches between 12-hour (with AM/PM) and 24-hour time.

Will the submitted value appear in emails and entries?

Yes. The field behaves like a native field in each builder — values appear in Contact Form 7 mail tags, Gravity Forms and WPForms entries, Elementor form emails and submissions, and Fluent Forms entries and notifications.

Does the field support required validation?

Yes. Toggle the field as required in your form builder and its native validation will enforce it, with the picker attached.

The field is not showing in my form editor. What should I check?

  1. Confirm the integration is enabled on Date Time Field → Integrations.
  2. Reload the form editor page so the new field type is picked up.
  3. For Elementor, verify Elementor Pro is installed and activated.
  4. Make sure you are looking under the correct field section — in Gravity Forms it appears as Advanced Date Time under Standard Fields, and in Fluent Forms under Basic Fields.

Is the plugin lightweight?

Very. The picker is powered by Flatpickr, a tiny standalone library with no dependencies on heavy frameworks. Scripts are only loaded where the field is used.

Is it compatible with page caching and optimization plugins?

Yes. The plugin renders plain markup and enqueues standard static assets, so it works fine with the popular caching and minification plugins.
