Agenized for WooCommerce connects your WooCommerce store to Agenized so you can add an AI sales and support agent to your storefront. This is not just a chatbot for answering FAQs. Agenized is built for conversational commerce, helping merchants recreate the in-store sales experience online by guiding shoppers, answering questions, taking real store actions, and using Proactive Messages at the right time. Most WooCommerce AI tools stop at simple chat. They answer questions, wait for the customer to open the widget, and return generic text replies. Agenized goes further. With Agenized, your AI agents can use store knowledge, take real WooCommerce actions, and use Proactive Messages based on what shoppers are viewing, how long they stay, and what they add to cart. 安装:

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/agenized-for-woocommerce directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
  3. Connect your store to your Agenized account.
  4. Configure your widget and agent settings in the Agenized dashboard.

Where do I configure the agent?

The WordPress plugin connects your store to Agenized. Agent behavior, Actions, Proactive Messages, and handoff settings are configured in your Agenized dashboard.

Does this plugin use third-party services?

Yes. This plugin connects to Agenized services to provide OAuth, widget delivery, channel configuration, and optional WooCommerce integrations.

  • OAuth and API requests are sent to merchant-api.agenized.com.
  • The storefront widget script can be loaded from widget.agenized.com (or your configured script URL).
  • If enabled, order webhooks send order metadata including billing email, order amount, currency, billing phone, order date, and order status.
  • If enabled, proactive context events can send page views, product views, cart totals/item counts, and search terms.
  • If enabled, WooCommerce API credentials created for integration are sent to Agenized APIs to configure catalog/actions.
These features are disabled by default and can be enabled in the plugin settings under Agenized -> Connection -> Advanced Settings. Service links:
