No. It only serves the AgentReadyWebsite package files. If another plugin or a physical server-level file controls robots.txt, verify the public /robots.txt output after installation.
Not always. The plugin confirms the package files are installed. If Cloudflare Bot Fight, Wordfence, or another host firewall returns 403 to automated readers, agents never reach robots.txt. The Tools page warns when that happens.
sitemap.xml package file. The delivery zip now includes a generated sitemap.xml only when the site has no existing sitemap; the installer validates and serves it when present and never overwrites an existing sitemap.
