AI Chatbot for Heyloha allows you to embed an AI-powered assistant directly into your WordPress site using a simple Brand ID. This plugin is for businesses and professionals who use the Heyloha platform to deliver personalized and intelligent chatbot experiences to website visitors.
Note: An active Heyloha license is required to use the chatbot. Without a license, the chatbot will not load.

  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New.
  2. Search for AI Chatbot for Heyloha and install the plugin.
  3. Activate the plugin.
  4. Go to Settings > AI Chatbot for Heyloha and enter your Brand ID.
  5. The chatbot will be automatically injected on your site based on the configuration set in your Heyloha environment.

1.7 This version improves onboarding and configuration. You may need to re-enter your Brand ID.

Where can I find my Brand ID?

Log in to your Heyloha environment at https://app.heyloha.ai. Go to your Brand Settings to find your unique Brand ID.

Can I control where the chatbot appears?

Yes. In your Heyloha dashboard, you can define on which pages or paths the chatbot should be displayed.

Can I change the chatbot’s knowledge or behavior?

Absolutely. You can manage the chatbot’s knowledge base, tone of voice, personality, and behavior from within your Heyloha license dashboard.
