Wellness Studio Manager gives yoga studios, fitness clubs, reiki practitioners and life coaches a simple way to run their schedule and take bookings from their own WordPress website.
Studio booking platforms usually charge a monthly subscription per location, and the client list stays on their servers. This plugin keeps everything on your own site, in your own database, with no external service and no monthly fee.
One plugin covers four kinds of studio. Choosing a preset — Yoga & Pilates, Sports & Fitness, Reiki & Energy Healing, or Life & Business Coach — switches on the modules that fit, and you can turn any module on or off afterwards.

- Bookings: visitors reserve a seat from your website, with capacity checks, a booking reference and an optional approval step.
- Attendance: mark who attended, who cancelled and who did not show up.
- Emails: a confirmation to your client and a notification to the studio.
- Privacy: consent capture, plus export and erasure through the WordPress privacy tools.
- Activity log and CSV export of bookings.
- Any currency, US dollar by default.

- In WordPress Admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Upload the plugin ZIP file, then install and activate it.
- Open the new "AIT WSM Clients" menu and choose your studio preset under Modules.
- Add your services, instructors and locations.
- Add your classes under Schedule.
- Put

Where is my data stored?
In your own WordPress database, in tables prefixed with your site's table prefix followed by aitwsm_. Nothing is sent to an external service.
Do I need to take payments?
No. Payments are entirely optional and are part of the separate Pro add-on, where you can choose Stripe, WooCommerce, PayPal — or nothing at all.
Can I translate the plugin into German or Arabic?
Yes. The plugin ships no translations by design: it is built to be translated from your own site with Loco Translate, or through the WordPress translation platform. Arabic and other right-to-left languages are fully supported.
Does it work with any theme?
Yes. The booking list uses plain, accessible markup and a small stylesheet you can override in your theme.
