This is a non-configurable plugin which enables the use of Rel="author", primarily created to enable Google+ author search functionality to display author information in Google search results.

Upload allow_rel_in_bio.php or it's directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin in the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
