Do I need to manually add costs for each product?

You can add product costs individually or set default costs and override them per order if required.

Can I export my reports?

Yes. Reports can be exported as PDF or CSV in the Pro version.

Does this work with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)?

Yes. Alpha Insights is fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

Can I create custom reports?

Yes. Pro users can create unlimited reports. Free users can modify the pre-installed reports.

What WooCommerce metrics can I track?

Revenue, cost of goods (COGS), gross profit, net profit, margins, expenses, ad spend, ROI, customer performance, product performance, refunds, and traffic analytics.

Is my data secure?

All data is stored in your WordPress database. Alpha Insights follows WordPress coding standards and security best practices.
