Third-Party Service Disclosure This plugin relies on Annona Bot, an external service. When the plugin is active, it loads a JavaScript file from annonabot.com on your site's frontend pages. When a visitor interacts with the chat widget, their messages are sent to Annona Bot's servers for processing and a response is returned. No visitor data is collected or transmitted until the visitor actively sends a message through the widget. Visitor data is never used for model training. By using this plugin, you agree to Annona Bot's:

  2. Go to Settings → Annona Bot
  3. Enter your company slug and API key from your Annona Bot dashboard (Settings → Widget)
  4. Save — the widget is now live on your site

Where do I find my company slug and API key?

Log in to your Annona Bot dashboard, go to Settings → Widget. Your company slug and API key are shown there.

Does it slow down my site?

No. The widget script loads asynchronously and does not block page rendering.

Can I customize how the widget looks?

Yes. Colors, greeting message, position, and branding are all configured in your dashboard and apply automatically.

What happens if the bot can't answer a question?

It shows a fallback message and can offer to connect the visitor via email, phone, WhatsApp, or live chat — depending on your settings.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Each account is fully isolated. Visitor data is never used for model training. See our privacy policy for details.
