About Apollo WordPress extension
This extension offers some of the features from Apollo, such as creating estimates and invoices or the generation of PDF documents for orders. You can easily create invoices in WooCommerce, and track all the invoicing data on
Apollo webpage.

PDF customization
You can customize your PDF document at the Apollo webpage, where you can set a logo for your company, choose a primary theme color, and set all of the PDF texts.
To do so, simply go to the
Apollo website, find the "Account" icon at the bottom of the sidebar and click on "Customizations".
How To Use
For the extension to work, you will need to provide the Apollo token and the Apollo organization ID. You can find those on our
Apollo page, under extensions tab.
Errors
- If you get Apollo error 401 when creating documents, it is most likely that Apollo token or Organization ID are set incorrectly in Apollo settings.

First thing you need for Apollo extension to work, is to sign up on
Apollo sign up page. After you confirmed your email, you can find data you need at extensions tab.
Before installation make sure you have WooCommerce version 3.0 or higher already installed on your WordPress page.
Automatic installation
To do an automatic install of Apollo plugin, log in to your WordPress admin panel, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New.
Search for "Apollo – invoicing for WooCommerce", once you find it you can simply click "Install Now" button, wait for plugin to install and after that click "Activate" button and you can start using our plugin.
Manual installation
The manual installation method involves downloading our plugin and uploading it to your webserver via your favourite FTP application.
To install plugin manually you need to:
- Download the plugin file and unzip it
- Upload the unzipped folder to your WordPress plugin folder (wp-content/plugins/).
- Go to your WordPress admin panel, under "Installed Plugins" you will find Apollo plugin. Click "Activate" and plugin is ready to use.
Make sure you go to extension settings and set "token" and "organization id" in order for extension to work. You can find your data on
Apollo, under Integrations > WooCommerce.
