- Install AreaIntelig Lite through Plugins > Add New, or upload the
areaintelig-litefolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin.
- Open AreaIntelig Lite > Area Profiles and create an area profile.
- Enter its location, average price, and neighborhood scores.
- Open AreaIntelig Lite > Properties, add a property, and link it to the area profile.
- Enter the property, investment, energy, climate, and map details, then publish it.
- Use the built-in template or a shortcode. Configure defaults under AreaIntelig Lite > Settings.

Do I need an API key or external account?
No. Plugin data is stored in WordPress. OpenStreetMap tiles do not require an API key.
Does this create an official energy certificate?
No. The plugin displays information entered by the site owner. It does not inspect, assess, certify, or verify a building. Use an accredited professional when an official assessment is required.
Can I use the energy scale outside Europe?
Yes. The A to G scale is generic and its label can be changed in settings. Site owners are responsible for using the scale accurately in their location.
How is the Green Score calculated?
The current energy rating contributes up to 45 points, green features up to 30 points, and climate resilience up to 25 points.
Are the calculations financial advice?
No. ROI, yield, deal, and mortgage results are estimates based on entered values. They may not include taxes, fees, insurance, lending rules, market risk, or local requirements. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals.
How does the deal signal work?
It compares a property's total price with the average price entered in its linked Area Profile. The result is an estimate, not a valuation.
What happens when I delete the plugin?
Data is kept unless the site owner first enables the delete-data option under AreaIntelig Lite > Settings.
What PHP version is required?
PHP 8.0 or newer. On an older version, the plugin stops loading and shows an administrator notice.
Can I override the built-in templates?
Yes. Compatible template files in the active theme can override the plugin's single and archive templates.
Where do I enter neighborhood scores?
Edit an Area Profile and enter the seven values in its Neighborhood Scores box. Each value accepts 0 to 100.
