1.4.9 Naming-convention cleanup for WordPress.org review. Please test forms after updating.

How do I display a form?

Use the shortcode [aryu_form_builder id="1"] (replace 1 with your form ID).

Where are entries stored?

In custom database tables: {prefix}aryufb_forms, {prefix}aryufb_entries, {prefix}aryufb_entry_meta.

1.5.1

Renamed custom database tables from the generic fbuilder_* names to aryufb_forms, aryufb_entries, aryufb_entry_meta (fully unique/prefixed table names).
Renamed the admin builder's JS global from FB_Builder to ARYUFB_Builder to avoid namespace collisions with other plugins.
Verified all functions, classes, defines, options, hooks, capabilities, the shortcode, and the text domain use the unique aryufb/ARYUFB_/aryu-form-builder prefix (per WordPress.org plugin review feedback).
