Month & Year Field Collect a month and year (or year only) without a full calendar date — useful for card expiration dates, employment start months, and graduation years. Month & Year opens an easy custom picker with year arrows and a single month grid (no endless scrolling), and Year only uses a year dropdown. Set the earliest and latest allowed month or year, or switch on "Block Future Dates" so answers can't be later than today — ideal for questions like "When was your business established?". • New: URL prefill for individual Name and Address components — First, Middle, Last and Suffix, plus Company/Organization, Address Line 1 and 2, City, State/Province/Region and ZIP/Postal Code can each read their own URL parameter, so composite fields can be pre-populated from a link without workarounds.
