Where do I get my API credentials?
You must have an active account on the MelhorZap system. Once logged in, you scan the QR code with your mobile device, and the system will provide your Instance ID and Access Token.
Do I need to pay for sending the messages?
The plugin itself is 100% free. You only pay your subscription to the MelhorZap platform, which processes the direct communication with the mobile device.
Does sending a message slow down the customer's checkout experience?
No! The entire system is built for high performance. The plugin only "schedules" the action using WooCommerce's powerful Action Scheduler library. The message will be processed in the background without your customer noticing any delays on the site.
Is it compatible with media files?
Yes! Just paste the file link (e.g., .png, .pdf, .mp3) in the "Media / File URL" field inside the automation builder, and the plugin will attach it to the message.
