Installation
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/pluginsdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
- A new menu called "Project Manager" will appear in the menubar
- Navigate to that menu and become a project manager
- Create New Project
- Set title and details of the project
- Assign users to that project
- Create list to organize todos
- Edit list
- Add todos under that list
- Assign todo to a user
- Add one/multiple attachment(s) to that todo
- Set due date for that todo
- Mark todo as complete/reopen todo
- Discuss todo by commenting on it
- Post new topic to discuss with other project members
- Add attachment(s) to that topic
- Discuss that topic by commenting on that topic
- Keep track of what is happening to the project in summary section
- Keep track of your acitivity in "My activity" section located in home page
- Keep track of personal assignments in "My Assignments" section located in home page

常见问题:
Who can create project ?
Anybody who is invited to the project manager can create project.
Who can access all projects ?
User with 'Administrator' role can have access to all projects but User with role 'Project member' can only have access to the projects they have created or the projects they are invited to.
How to invite people ?
When you enter into a project there is a button called 'Add/remove people', clicking into the button will take you to the users section where you can invite new users or add existing users to your projects.
How a new user will have access to the project they are invited to ?
After adding a user to a project all necessary credentials will be sent to the user's email address.
What about project permissions ?
User with 'Administrator' role can Edit , Delete anything. User with 'Project member' role can Edit, Delete Projects, Lists, Todos, Messages they have created.
