详情介绍:

aXeMit Import Products, Media & SEO Suite for WooCommerce is a complete WooCommerce product import and synchronization plugin built for store owners who source products from external suppliers. Connect unlimited XML or CSV supplier feeds and let the plugin take care of everything automatically: creating new products, updating stock and prices, mapping categories and brands, downloading images, and handling products that disappear from the feed. Synchronization can run daily or weekly at a configured hour — no manual work required. This plugin requires WooCommerce to be installed and active. Why store owners choose this plugin Most WooCommerce store owners who work with supplier feeds spend hours manually updating products, prices and stock. This plugin eliminates that entirely. Once a supplier feed is configured, every sync runs automatically in the background and your store stays up to date — without you touching a thing. 安装:

  1. Upload the wp-import-products-media-seo folder to /wp-content/plugins/, or install it directly from the Plugins > Add New screen in WordPress.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
  3. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active — this plugin requires WooCommerce to work.
  4. Go to Import Products in the WordPress admin sidebar.
  5. Click Add supplier to configure your first XML or CSV feed.
  6. Enter the feed URL (or upload a local XML/CSV file), choose the feed type, and save.
  7. Go to the Field mapping tab and map the feed fields to WooCommerce product fields (name, price, stock, images 1–5, categories, EAN/MPN, attributes, etc.). For Google Shopping feeds, use Auto-map to fill everything in one click.
  8. Set the sync schedule (daily or weekly, at a specified time) on the Sync tab.
  9. Go to Category mapping and assign your supplier's categories to WooCommerce categories.
  10. Configure Price rules if you need markup, tiered pricing or rounding adjustments.
  11. Click Sync now on the supplier or wait for the scheduled run — products will be imported automatically.
Tip: Use the Feed check button on the Sync tab to preview which categories and products will be imported — without making any changes to your store.

  • **Add supplier / General settings** — Configure the supplier name, feed type (XML or CSV), feed URL or local file upload, supplier status toggle, and what happens to products that disappear from the feed.
  • **Field mapping** — Map every column or XML node from the supplier feed to the correct WooCommerce product field: name, price, stock, description, SKU, images, EAN, brand and more. Supports XPath for XML feeds.
  • **Price rules** — Set a fixed markup (e.g. +10.00 EUR), a percentage adjustment (e.g. +15%), and a maximum feed price cap per supplier. Rules are applied automatically on every sync.
  • **Sync settings** — Choose a daily or weekly sync schedule per supplier, configure draft mode for testing, and run a manual sync or simulation directly from this tab.
  • **Category mapping** — Map every category that appears in the supplier feed to a WooCommerce category. Mark categories as Ignored to skip their products. Changes are saved permanently and reused in all future syncs.
  • **Image settings** — Configure automatic background trim, maximum resize dimensions, compression quality and WebP conversion for all images downloaded during a product import.
  • **Sync logs** — Complete history of every sync run, showing new products, updated products, skipped entries, errors, duration and final status (Complete / Stopped / Error). Filter by supplier and drill into per-product error details.
  • **Compress Media Library** — Apply resize, compression and WebP conversion to your entire existing WordPress Media Library in one batch operation — independently from any supplier import.
  • **Settings — descriptions & SEO** — Configure the product description format, short description length, and whether the plugin auto-sets focus keywords for Yoast SEO, RankMath or AIOSEO.
  • **Delete products** — Permanently remove all WooCommerce products imported from a specific supplier, with an optional checkbox to also delete their images from the Media Library.

常见问题:

What feed formats does the plugin support?

The plugin supports XML and CSV feeds. Most supplier formats work out of the box — standard product feeds, price lists and custom XML structures are all handled. For CSV files you can configure the column separator, enclosure character, and whether the first row contains headers.

Can I connect more than one supplier?

Yes. You can add unlimited supplier feeds, each with its own field mapping, sync schedule, price rules and category mapping.

Does the plugin work with variable products?

Yes. The plugin fully supports variable products and product variations, including per-variation stock, price and images.

What happens to products that are removed from the supplier feed?

You can configure this per supplier. The available actions are: set stock to 0, disable the product, move to draft, delete, or do nothing. Each supplier can have a different setting.

How many images per product are supported?

Up to 5 images per product. The main product image and up to 4 gallery images (image2–image5) are all downloaded automatically during import. Use the Field mapping tab to map them from your feed.

Does the plugin support Google Shopping feeds?

Yes. The plugin auto-detects the standard Google Shopping XML format and can auto-map all fields (g:id, g:title, g:price, g:image_link, g:additional_image_link and more) with one click — no manual mapping needed. EAN and MPN values from the feed can be mapped and saved to each product.

How often can products be synced?

This plugin supports only a daily or weekly schedule at a time you choose. The previous short and sub-daily synchronization intervals are not available.

Can I run a sync manually?

Yes. Every supplier has a Sync now button that triggers an immediate sync regardless of the scheduled interval.

What is Feed check (Simulate) mode?

Feed check runs the feed parser and shows you which products and categories would be imported — without creating or modifying any products in your store. It's useful for verifying a new supplier feed before going live.

What price adjustments can I apply?

Per supplier you can set a fixed or percentage markup. You can also define tiered markups by price range (e.g. products priced under 50 get +10%, products over 50 get +20%). Final prices can be rounded to .99, to a whole number, or rounded up. A maximum import price cap lets you skip products above a defined cost.

What is Draft mode?

When Draft mode is enabled, all imported products are saved as drafts instead of being published immediately. You can review them first and publish manually when ready. The Mass publish button lets you publish all drafts from a supplier in one click.

Can I map one supplier category to an existing WooCommerce category?

Yes. The Category mapping page lets you assign any supplier category to any existing WooCommerce category. You can also map multiple supplier categories to the same WooCommerce category, or choose to ignore a category entirely so those products are skipped.

Is the plugin compatible with multisite?

The plugin is designed for single-site installations. Multisite compatibility is not officially supported.

Key features

The plugin includes the following tools for managing supplier imports:

  • Google Shopping auto-map — the plugin auto-detects the Google Shopping XML format and maps all standard fields (g:id, g:title, g:price, g:image_link, etc.) with one click. No manual field setup needed for Google feeds.
  • Asynchronous background image queue — product images are downloaded in a separate background queue after the import finishes, so large feeds with hundreds of images never cause timeouts or slow down the sync.
  • Tiered price markup — define different percentage or fixed markups per price range (e.g. products under 50 → +10%, products over 50 → +20%).
  • Per-supplier missing-product action — choose exactly what happens when a product disappears from the feed: set stock to 0, disable, move to draft, delete, or do nothing. Each supplier can have a different rule.
  • Feed simulation — preview which products and categories would be imported without touching your store, before running a real sync.
