To enable it, go to Settings > Blogroll Links Renderer and check the option Enable Links Manager. Once enabled, manage links via the Links menu in the WordPress dashboard.wp-content/plugins directory.[blogroll-links] to any page or post to display your Blogroll links.Navigate to Settings > Blogroll Links Renderer and check the box to enable the Links Manager. The Links menu will then appear in your WordPress dashboard.
