Displays Body Mass Index and Basal Metabolic Rate calculator on your post/page in a custom database table. User can very simply get their BMI and BMR and if they choose to, save their data for future reference. It also saves the rest of entered data and calculates body fat percentage based on user BMI, age and gender.

In this first version, there is no options page for the BMI BMR calculator.
