bspt_appendix_html filter is escaped too.[botdot_appendix] shortcode registration with an automatic rewrite to [bspt_appendix], so existing pages keep working without the plugin claiming a shortcode name that lacks its prefix.[bspt_appendix] shortcode or BotSpot Appendix block could receive a second, automatically injected appendix.
