No. BPAI resolves the correct widget configuration automatically using the secure installation record created during the connection process.

No. You do not need to manually enter a Website Key, API key, tenant ID, inbox ID or widget code.

You receive independent access to a BPAI workspace. Use the administrator email once. BPAI resolves a matching existing administrator workspace server-side; otherwise the same email confirmation creates the new workspace. WordPress does not ask you to choose between sign-in and sign-up.

Use the BPAI workspace at: https://bpai.in/conversations The WordPress plugin remains intentionally lightweight. Customer conversations, AI controls, teams, insights and channel integrations are managed through the BPAI workspace.

When an administrator chooses Connect BPAI, the plugin sends the website URL, website name, administrator email address, administrator display name, WordPress version, plugin version, WooCommerce status and WordPress callback URL. The complete details are provided in the External Services section of this readme.

When the widget is active, messages and other information voluntarily submitted by website visitors are sent to BPAI to provide customer support. BPAI may also process technical and contextual information required to operate the chat service, such as session information, the current page URL, browser information and message timestamps. The BPAI widget JavaScript is loaded after the website connection is completed and the installation status becomes connected. Pending installations do not load the customer widget until BPAI confirms the connection.

The plugin sends a disconnection request to BPAI and stops loading the connected customer widget. The installation may retain the local credentials needed for a subsequent authorized reconnection. Disconnecting the website does not delete the BPAI workspace, users, conversation history, AI configuration or other connected channels.

Open Settings > BPAI Chat and select Reconnect when the installation is Disconnected. BPAI sends a secure authorization email to the administrator associated with the existing workspace. The connection returns to Pending Email while waiting for authorization. After the matching administrator authorizes the request, select Refresh Status to confirm that the installation is Connected again. If the original installation credentials are unavailable or the administrator cannot be verified, contact BPAI support for assistance.

Pending Email means an administrator action is still required through the secure BPAI email. For a new workspace request, Pending Approval means the email was verified and the request awaits BPAI approval. Use Refresh Status to check progress without reloading the entire settings page.

Loading feedback: While the request is being processed, the button shows a loading indicator and is temporarily disabled to help avoid duplicate submissions. The settings page updates the visible connection state without a full-page navigation when the request succeeds.

Uninstalling BPAI Chat removes the locally stored BPAI connection information from WordPress, and the widget stops loading. Uninstalling the plugin does not request deletion of your BPAI account, workspace, users, conversations, AI configuration or other information stored by the BPAI service. To request deletion of BPAI-hosted information, follow the instructions in the BPAI Privacy Policy or contact BPAI using the details published on https://bpai.in/.

Yes. WooCommerce runs on WordPress, so the same BPAI Chat plugin provides the website chat integration. No separate WooCommerce plugin is required.

No. The WordPress plugin does not contain a trial timer, licence-validation system, local feature paywall or code that disables its included functionality after a usage limit. Some capabilities of the hosted BPAI service may depend on the BPAI service plan. Current service information is available from BPAI.
