bss-customer-feedback-hub-for-woocommercefolder to/wp-content/plugins/(or install the zip via Plugins → Add New → Upload). - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.

Does it require WooCommerce?
Yes. BSS Customer Feedback Hub for WooCommerce extends WooCommerce products and stays inactive until WooCommerce is active.
Where does the review section appear?
Inside the product "Reviews" tab (following your theme's tab style) or as a full-width section below the product — set it under Reviews → Settings → Display position. You can also place it anywhere with the [bsscufeh_reviews] shortcode.
Can customers upload photos and videos?
Yes. Enable the Photo and Video contribution types, and customers can drag and drop attachments on the submission form (you control how many files and the maximum file size). Media appears in a gallery with a full-screen lightbox.
Can guests leave reviews?
Yes, unless you restrict reviews to verified owners. When restricted, guests can still submit and their purchase is verified by the email address from their order.
Can I accept reviews only from verified buyers?
Yes. Turn on "Reviews can only be left by verified owners" and choose whether a purchase counts after any paid order, only after completion, or simply requires a registered account.
Can I moderate and bulk-manage contributions?
Yes. The Contributions screen has status tabs, a type filter and bulk actions — approve, unapprove, mark as spam or move to trash in one click (permanent delete is available from the Trash and Spam views).
Does it change my product star ratings?
No — it keeps them accurate. Rating-bearing contributions use WooCommerce's native review comment type, so your product star average and shop-loop ratings stay in sync automatically.
Can I change the colours?
Yes. The section uses a theme-aware palette out of the box, and you can set an exact Accent colour under Reviews → Settings. For finer control, your theme can override the scoped --bssr-* CSS variables.
Will it slow down my site?
No. The plugin uses plain (vanilla) JavaScript with no jQuery dependency, ships scoped styles, and loads its assets only on product pages and pages using the shortcode.
Is it translatable and RTL-ready?
Yes. A .pot template ships in /languages — translate it with Loco Translate or any gettext tool. A mirrored right-to-left stylesheet is loaded automatically on RTL locales.
Is it compatible with HPOS?
Yes. The plugin declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.
