Just a standard installation required.
Plugins > Add New > Upload > 'bulk-delete-comments.zip' - Install Now
Unzip & Upload 'bulk-delete-comments.zip' folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
