Is the plugin self-hosted?
Yes. Appointment and customer data are stored in the website's own WordPress database.
Does the free plugin require a CasavoLab account?
No. Normal booking, agenda and customer-management functions work without a CasavoLab account or license.
Can customers select multiple services?
Yes. Selected service durations are combined automatically when available time slots are calculated.
Does the free version support multiple operators?
The free version uses one shared agenda. Multiple operators, individual schedules and operator-specific availability are available in the separate PRO add-on.
Can customers manage their appointments?
Yes. The Customer Area supports secure email magic links, upcoming bookings, history, cancellation, rescheduling, profile updates and one-click rebooking.
Does it work with Elementor?
Yes. Dedicated Elementor widgets are included for the public booking flow and Customer Area.
Does the plugin send automatic WhatsApp messages?
The free plugin does not send automatic WhatsApp messages. It can open an administrator-initiated WhatsApp action from appointment details. Automated WhatsApp Business features are part of the optional PRO add-on and require explicit configuration.
Why are emails important?
Email is used for booking confirmations, verification and Customer Area magic links. The website should therefore have reliable outgoing email delivery.
