How It Works

After activation, the standard left-side admin menu moves to a collapsible horizontal bar beneath the admin toolbar.
Click the hamburger icon (☰) in the admin bar to open or close the menu.
Click Close menu inside the panel to collapse it.

Upload the catbar folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
The admin menu moves to the horizontal top bar immediately after activation.
