Centous Integration for HubSpot connects Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Pro, and Formidable Forms submissions directly to HubSpot CRM using secure OAuth authentication. Using this plugin, form submissions from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor, or Formidable Forms can be automatically sent to HubSpot as Contacts, Companies, or Deals, helping you manage customer data efficiently without manual entry. This plugin is not affiliated with or endorsed by HubSpot, Inc.

安装:

  1. Upload the plugin folder to '/wp-content/plugins/' OR install the plugin via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
  3. Install and activate at least one form plugin:
  4. Contact Form 7 (required for CF7 integration)
  5. WPForms (required for WPForms integration)
  6. Both can be installed simultaneously
  7. Go to HubSpot Connect → HubSpot Connect from the WordPress admin menu
  8. Connect your HubSpot account and complete the setup wizard

Do I need both Contact Form 7 and WPForms?

No. You can use either or both form plugins. Install whichever form plugin(s) you prefer. The plugin adapts to your installed form plugins.

Is Contact Form 7 required?

No. The plugin now supports both Contact Form 7 and WPForms. You only need to have at least one of them installed.

What HubSpot objects are supported?

The plugin supports Contacts, Companies, and Deals.

Is OAuth authentication used?

Yes, secure OAuth 2.0 authentication is used for HubSpot connections. Access and refresh tokens are stored securely in the WordPress database.

Does the plugin delete data on uninstall?

The plugin includes an optional setting called "On deleting this plugin, remove all of its data." When enabled, all plugin options, logs, and related database tables will be permanently removed on uninstall. If disabled, plugin data will remain in the database.

Where is submission data stored?

Submission data and HubSpot API responses (if logging is enabled) are stored in the WordPress database for processing, debugging, and integration purposes. Data is retained until manually deleted or removed during plugin uninstall (if the option is enabled).

Can I have multiple integrations for the same form?

Yes, you can create multiple integrations from a single form to send data to different HubSpot objects or with different field mappings.
