1. Visit 'Plugins > Add New'
2. Search for 'WP Page Permalink Extension' and install it.
3. Or you can upload the change-wp-page-permalinks folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory manually.
4. Activate WP Page Permalink Extension from your Plugins page.
5. After activation go to 'Settings > WP Page Extension'.
6. Set your page extension and save changes.

To re-use the default page permalinks, just deactivate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu and resave your permalinks.
