How it works

1. Activate the plugin and go to Chatbot IA in your WordPress sidebar
2. Click Connect — your account is created automatically using your WordPress admin email
3. Add information about your business in Store info (products, services, policies, FAQs)
4. The chatbot starts responding to your visitors around the clock

External service This plugin connects to the AI chatbot service operated by Tu Tienda Online (https://asistente.tutiendaonline.app) to function. The connection is made only when you explicitly activate it from the settings panel. The service is used to:

• Register your site and issue a unique API key on connection
• Serve the chat widget JavaScript to your visitors
• Process chat messages and generate AI responses

Data sent to the service includes your site URL, site name, and admin email (on connection), and visitor chat messages (during conversations). Review the privacy policy at https://asistente.tutiendaonline.app before connecting.
