Yes. You'll need an active Brevo account and a v3 API key to sync your contacts. Free Brevo accounts work.
Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Forminator. At least one of them must be installed and activated.
Yes. Brevo is the new name for Sendinblue, and this plugin works with the same accounts and the same v3 API keys.
Log in to Brevo and go to Settings > SMTP & API > API Keys, then generate a new v3 API key. Each builder setup guide shows exactly where to paste it.
Map your form fields to any of your account's contact attributes: first name, last name, phone numbers, and every custom attribute you have created in Brevo. Boolean and number attributes are sent with the correct types.
Pick a consent field (a checkbox, acceptance, or radio) from your form. When a visitor ticks it, the contact is added to the list right away; if they leave it unticked, Brevo sends them a double opt-in confirmation email and they join the list only after confirming. Leave it as "None" to use the subscriber status you chose for the form.
Yes. Choose the confirmation-email status and ClickSyncr uses Brevo's double opt-in flow with an active email template tagged "optin" from your account. Contacts join the list after they click the confirmation link.
No. Brevo matches contacts by email address: existing contacts are updated and new ones are created.
Yes. Every form has its own ClickSyncr Brevo setup, so each can sync to a different list.
The plugin sends only the fields you map, and only to Brevo. Nothing is collected by ClickSyncr itself. Read about our policy.
