1. Log into the WordPress admin for your site.
2. Go to 'Plugins' -> 'Add New'
3. Upload the 'colombia' folder to the '/wp-content/plugins/' directory
4. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress or

6. Search for 'colombia' and select 'Install Now'
7. Activate the plugin when prompted
