Just paste the E-mail sources of your new comment notification emails and save.

Unzip into your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Go to Comments > Comment Recovery section of you WordPress admin backend

If you do not have a backup of your database, no. Not as far as I know.
