Safe by design Quick Find & Replace only changes the document currently open in the editor. It does not perform site-wide or database-wide replacements, and nothing is saved until you click Update, Publish, or Save Draft. 1. Open a post, page, product, or supported content type.
2. Enter the word or phrase you want to find.
3. Review the highlighted matches.
4. Use Previous and Next to move between them.
5. Enter your replacement text.
6. Replace one match or all matches.
7. Undo the last change if needed.
8. Save or publish through WordPress as usual.
