详情介绍:
Corantr Media Desk finds the news that matters to your readers, writes it from the sources' own facts in your site's voice, checks every claim, and waits for a person to approve each piece. This plugin connects your WordPress site to your Desk account:
- Approved pieces arrive as drafts, every 15 minutes or when you press "Check now": the article, its header image, tags, SEO title and description (for Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress and others), in the category and under the author you choose.
- A person approves every piece. On the Desk first; then, by default, a person presses Publish in WordPress. Or switch on automatic publishing and approved pieces go live as they arrive (not available for regulated sites). The plugin tells the Desk who published each piece, and when.
- Your Desk stays up to date with your site. Weekly, the plugin sends the list of your published pages (so articles link to the right ones) and samples of your own writing (so they sound like you). You choose which content types it reads. It reads them from your database, so bot protection in front of your site doesn't get in the way.
- Updates of published articles. When one of your articles isn't doing well in Google, the Desk can rewrite it from its own facts. Once approved there, the rewrite arrives as a draft linked to the article; press "Apply update" and the live post gets the new text at the same address, with its image and comments kept and the old text under Revisions.
- Know when the Desk needs you. Ideas to review and pieces to approve are shown on your Dashboard, on the Posts screen and in the toolbar, with a link straight to them on the Desk.
- Structured data (NewsArticle or Article) on published pieces, which you can switch off if your SEO plugin adds it already.
安装:
- Install and activate the plugin.
- On your Desk, open Sites, choose this site and press Connect to WordPress. Copy the key.
- In WordPress, open Corantr Media Desk, paste the key and press Connect.
- Under Publishing, choose the category and author for drafts.
常见问题:
Will anything be published without me?
Not without a person's approval. Pieces are approved by a person on the Desk and arrive here as drafts, which stay drafts until someone presses Publish. If you switch on "Publish approved pieces automatically", approved pieces go live as they arrive instead.
Do I need an AI key?
No. The Desk does the writing; this plugin makes no AI calls.
Can I pause it?
Yes. Turn off "Write automatically for this site" on the Corantr Media Desk screen. The Desk stops writing new pieces for the site; pieces already approved still arrive.
更新日志:
1.9.1
- Updates now come from WordPress.org, like any other plugin there. If you installed the plugin from corantr.com, this version moves it over; automatic updates stay as you set them.
- Automatic publishing, if you want it: switch on "Publish approved pieces automatically" (here, or in the site's settings on the Desk; the plugin follows the Desk within 15 minutes) and pieces approved on the Desk go live as they arrive, and approved updates are applied to the live post. Off by default; not available for regulated sites. Each is recorded as published automatically after approval on the Desk.
- For agencies: when the Desk account shows the agency's own brand to its clients, this plugin's screen, its post box, the Dashboard box and its notices show the agency's name, logo and website instead of ours. The plugin itself keeps its name in the Plugins list.
- The plugin is now installed as corantr-media-desk (it was hynca-media-desk). Your connection, settings and drafts carry over.
- Security: updates are installed only if the file matches the release approved on Corantr Media Desk (its sha256), downloaded over https from the Desk's own address with no redirects.
- Automatic updates for this plugin are switched on only by someone who may update plugins.
- Links to the Desk on the plugin's screen and on drafts go only to the Desk's own addresses.
- Messages on the plugin's screen can no longer be set by a link.
- Sources: every source a piece was written from is listed under it, linked, and in its structured data (you can switch the list off).
- "How it was written": an optional line under each piece saying it was researched, written with AI and approved by a person, in your own words if you like.
- Author markup names the author you choose, with their author page and website, or your site when there's no author. Choose who checks and publishes the pieces under "Author for drafts".
- Header images the Desk made with AI are captioned "Illustration (AI-generated)"; your own photos aren't.
- SEO fields: the plugin finds your SEO plugin (Yoast SEO, Rank Math, SEOPress or The SEO Framework) and fills in each draft's SEO title, meta description and focus keyphrase there. The plugin's screen says which it found.
- The Dashboard notice, Dashboard box and toolbar count also show approved pieces waiting here as drafts, with a link to them.
- Links to the Desk work at its new address, desk.corantr.com (the plugin itself keeps talking to corantr.com, so nothing to set up).
- Automatic updates: new versions come straight from Corantr Media Desk, and WordPress's auto-updates are switched on for this plugin (you can switch them off on the Plugins screen).
- The Corantr logo on the plugin's screen.
- Hynca Media Desk is now Corantr Media Desk, at corantr.com. The plugin talks to the Desk there; your connection, settings and drafts stay as they are.
- Updates of published articles: a rewrite approved on the Desk arrives as a draft linked to the article, and "Apply update" puts it into the live post (same address, image and comments; the old text stays under Revisions). The draft can't be published as a second post.
- What's waiting on the Desk (ideas to review, pieces to approve) is shown on the Dashboard, the Posts screen and in the toolbar, with links straight to it. The notice can be hidden until something new arrives.
- The Desk now hears what happens to its pieces after they arrive: a draft deleted without being published (the Desk takes that into account when choosing stories), a published post edited, unpublished or deleted, and a post restored from the bin.
- The weekly page sync also sends the number of approved comments on posts from the Desk.
- Your site's page on the Desk shows the last 90 days: drafts sent, published, deleted and still waiting, and how long publishing takes.
- Categories: the plugin sends your post categories to the Desk with the weekly page sync, the Desk suggests one for each piece (you can change it there), and the draft is filed in it. If there isn't one, your default category is used. The plugin never creates categories.
- First public release of the WordPress plugin for the Desk.
- Approved pieces from the Desk arrive as drafts, with their header image, tags and SEO fields, every 15 minutes or on "Check now".
- "Write automatically for this site": pause or resume new articles for the site on the Desk.
- Traffic lights for the connection and for automatic writing.
- Publishing a Desk piece tells the Desk who published it, when and where.
- Weekly, the site's pages and samples of its own writing are sent to the Desk.
- "What the Desk reads": choose which content types (pages, posts, products, any public type) the Desk may link to, and which it learns your voice from.
