ONLY USE THIS FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT
- Upload CSSrefresh to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

In my theme the cssrefresh.js isn't loaded. How to fix?
Make sure your theme uses the wp_footer() function. Else the js isn't loaded.
