The plugin is "High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)" compatible.

Upload the entire plugin folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress.
Start by visiting plugin settings at "WooCommerce > Settings > Custom Checkout Fields".
