WP Retracted Search

With this plugin you can remove the search-by-excerpt and the search-by-content clauses from the wordpress search query thus speeding up the website search. This would apply to all post types. This plugin will also do the same for the WooCommerce Plugin Ajax Search in the Wordpress Admin Panel. It works out of the box, and there are no settings for you to configure.

Minimum Requirements

• WooCommerce 3.0 or higher

Automatic installation Automatic installation is the easiest option as WordPress handles the file transfers itself and you don't need to leave your web browser. To do an automatic install of Retracted Search, log in to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to the Plugins menu and click Add New. In the search field type Retracted Search and click Search Plugins. Once you've found our plugin you can view details about it such as the the rating and description. Most importantly, of course, you can install it by simply clicking Install Now. 1. Unzip the plugin and upload the "cx-extended-search" folder to your "/wp-content/plugins/" directory
2. Activate the plugin through the "Plugins" administration page in WordPress, and thats it, no configurations needed.
