- Open the DeepBOM menu in your WordPress admin to start creating Bills of Materials.

Does this plugin require WooCommerce?
Yes. DeepBOM is built on top of WooCommerce and requires it to manage products and inventory. WooCommerce must be installed and active.
Can I create multi-level Bills of Materials?
Yes. DeepBOM supports unlimited nesting. You can create BOMs with assemblies, sub-assemblies, and nested components at any depth.
Does the plugin automatically deduct raw material stock?
Yes. When a WooCommerce order status changes to "Completed", DeepBOM automatically deducts the required quantities from your raw material inventory based on the configured BOM.
Is DeepBOM compatible with variable products?
Yes. You can link raw materials to a variable product or to each individual variation, and view them from the product variation screen.
Can I manage raw materials from the Edit Product screen?
Yes. You can view, add, update, and delete the raw materials linked to a product directly from the Edit Product screen, and search existing items to add them quickly.
Are Recipes included in the free version?
No. Reusable Recipes are part of DeepBOM Pro. The free version supports full BOM creation, multi-level nesting, automatic stock deduction, and cost tracking.
