From WordPress Admin You can install the plugin directly from WordPress admin interface by going to Plugins -> Add New and then searching for 'Delete Pending Comments' plugin. Normal WordPress installations Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
