Whan you delete post all related attachments not deleted from database and filesystem, this WordPress bug fixed by this plugin. If you wouldnt use this plugin your database will save dumb datam and be slow.... same as filesystem

  1. Upload delpost to the plugins directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
