What is Desarrolloperu Libro de Reclamaciones Lite?
A free plugin that helps you implement a Virtual Complaints Book and manage the registered claims and complaints from your dashboard.
Is the plugin free?
Yes. The Lite version can be installed and used at no cost.
Is it designed for Peru?
Yes. It is oriented towards websites and establishments operating in Peru, and its interface is in Spanish.
Does the plugin require WooCommerce?
No. It works independently and does not require WooCommerce.
Do I need another plugin for the anti-spam protection?
No. Cloudflare Turnstile is built in. Enable the option in the plugin settings and paste your own Site Key and Secret Key. Keys previously saved by the "Simple Cloudflare Turnstile" plugin are imported automatically.
Does the plugin generate a PDF?
Yes. When a claim is registered, a PDF receipt with the same data as the confirmation email is generated, attached to that email and made available on the "Validar Reclamo" page after the consumer enters the claim code and document number.
Where are the PDF files stored?
In a private folder: outside the public web directory when the server allows it, otherwise in wp-content/uploads/dps_libro_files, protected with an .htaccess file. Files are only delivered through a unique token link. You can choose your own folder by defining the DPS_LR_PRIVATE_DIR constant in wp-config.php.
The emails are not arriving. What can I do?
Many hosts block or filter emails sent by WordPress. Install and configure an SMTP plugin such as WP Mail SMTP.
