Property Management

DIGISTALTER Immobilienverwaltung turns WordPress into a property management and presentation system for real estate agents and property companies. Properties are entered in a dedicated form and shown on a single property page and a filterable overview page that automatically take on the design of your active theme. Inquiries land in a built-in CRM, and every property for sale comes with a financing calculator. The plugin is free, with no limit on the number of properties and no features locked behind a paid tier. Property management

• A dedicated entry form: core data, property details, description, media, energy certificate and agent commission.
• Property type (residential, commercial, land – each with subcategories), marketing type (buy, rent) and availability (available, reserved, sold, rented) as protected classifications.
• Only the fields that fit the selected property and marketing type are shown – and those are required, so no listing goes online incomplete.
• Numbers are entered with thousands separators and units (€, m², %).
• Media gallery with drag-and-drop order, featured image and captions. The order you set is exactly the order on the property page.
• Every property gets a permanent property number, which is also used in its URL.
• Assign a WordPress user as contact person for each property. They appear with their profile picture on the property page and receive the inquiries for it.

Customer inquiries (CRM)

• Inquiries from the property page (first name, last name, phone, email, message) land in the inquiry management screen with status, notes and history.
• Email notification to the property's contact person – or, if none is set, to the site's admin address.
• Spam protection without a CAPTCHA: honeypot, time trap and rate limiting.
• Consent is recorded with every inquiry; IP addresses are stored only in truncated form.
• Contacts can be exported and erased completely with WordPress' own personal data tools.

Financing calculator Every property for sale shows a financing calculator: purchase price, incidental purchase costs (real estate transfer tax by federal state, agent commission, notary and land registry fees), adjustable equity and repayment rate, and a non-binding example instalment. A representative example (Section 6a PAngV) and a note that the calculation is for orientation only are shown below it. The calculator's terms – transfer tax rates, fees, interest rate and representative example – are maintained by us together with our financing partner and kept up to date through plugin updates. There is nothing to configure. Prospects can ask to be put in touch with a financing advisor when sending an inquiry. See "External services" below for what is transmitted. The financing calculator and the financing advisor option are aimed at buyers in Germany and are only shown when the site language is German (de_DE, informal or formal). OpenImmo export Under Settings, export your properties as an OpenImmo file – the standard format for German property portals and real estate software:

• All published properties, or only the available ones.
• As a ZIP file with all details and images for uploading to a portal, or as a single XML file with linked images.
• Optional provider ID (ANID) and provider number from the portal are saved for the next export.
• The file is valid against the official OpenImmo 1.2.7 schema.

Frontend

• The single property page and the overview page with filters and search take on the header, footer, colors and fonts of the active theme.
• The property page is always shown in full – including the financing calculator and the inquiry form – even if a page builder such as Elementor or Divi is active.
• "Latest properties" block and pattern: the three newest properties as tiles, e.g. for the home page. Also available as the shortcode [digi_immo_latest_properties].
• Price per square meter, energy efficiency scale, image grid for up to three images and a carousel from four images on.
• Works with any block theme; classic themes are supported through a fallback.

Permissions Administrators and editors can use and manage everything. The plugin does not add its own user role. Translations All texts are in English and can be translated on translate.wordpress.org. German is bundled (informal and formal), including Austrian and Swiss variants.

• Inquiry form with separate first and last name.
• Settings: on/off switches, clearer layout, optional "Powered by" link on property pages (off by default).
• Permissions: administrators and editors manage everything; the plugin's own user role has been removed (its users become editors).
• Removed: the standalone financing calculator block and the suggested privacy policy text.
