Automatic Installation
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.

Which courier services are supported?
Digitrix Fraud Shield retrieves delivery histories across all major Bangladeshi couriers through BD Courier and Onsoftcode APIs, including:

What happens when a new customer (with no courier history) places an order?
New customers with 0 total orders are treated as Safe by default, so they can complete their checkout via COD or any standard payment method without any restriction.
How does "Delivery Charge Only" mode work?
When enabled, if a customer's success rate is below your threshold:
- The checkout dynamically discounts the product price from the upfront payable total, charging only the shipping fee.
- The customer pays the shipping fee via manual bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay.
- The remaining product balance is collected via COD upon delivery.
Does this plugin support WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)?
