From WordPress Dashboard
  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to the "Plugins" section and click on "Add New."
  3. Search for "Disable RSS Feeds and Comments" and install the plugin.
  4. Once installed, activate the plugin.
  5. Go to the "Settings" section in the WordPress dashboard and click on "Disable RSS Feeds and Comments."
  6. You will see the options to disable the RSS feeds and comments on either pages, posts, or both.
  7. Check the boxes for the options you wish to disable.
  8. Click the "Save Changes" button.
