If the site uses a content security policy, allow the DoKalam widget resources required by your configuration.
Does the plugin send data to an external service?
Yes. When a widget key is configured, the visitor’s browser loads the DoKalam widget loader from loader.dokalam.com and connects to DoKalam to provide chat. Messages and details submitted in the widget, along with technical request information needed to operate the service, may be processed by DoKalam. Review the DoKalam privacy policy and terms of service.
