An advanced post thumbnail plugin for WordPress.
This plugin based Justin Tadlock's
Get the image plugin. DP Thumbnail gives it a general settings in admin panel, and add Timthumb support(Automatic cropping and resizing script).
First, DP Thumbnail grab images from a variety of ways(Optional):
- Get image by cutstom field keys.
- If no image found, get image by built-in feature "Featured image".
- If no image found, get image by attachment image.
- If no image found, get first image by scan post content.
- If no image found, display default image.
and then, you can set how to display thumbnail:
- Image size for featured image and attachment image.
- Output thumbnail size, alignment
- Enable timthumb for image.
- and more.
