Follow this plugin on GitHub

- Unzip the downloaded 'edd-pricing-select.zip' file
- Upload the 'edd-pricing-select' folder to '/wp-content/plugins' directory of your WordPress installation
- Activate the plugin via the WordPress Plugins page
