Getting started with Echo Knowledge Base is quick and easy. Choose the installation method that works best for you: Option 1: Install from WordPress Dashboard (Recommended)

  4. Click "Install Now" next to the plugin
  5. After installation completes, click "Activate"
  6. Optional: Configure your knowledge base settings in Knowledge Base → KB Configuration
Option 2: Manual Installation via FTP
  1. Download the plugin zip file (echo-knowledge-base.zip)
  2. Extract the zip file to your computer
  3. Connect to your web server using an FTP client
