Getting started with Echo Knowledge Base is quick and easy. Choose the installation method that works best for you: Option 1: Install from WordPress Dashboard (Recommended)

Log in to your WordPress admin panel
Navigate to Plugins → Add New
Search for "Echo Knowledge Base"
Click "Install Now" next to the plugin
After installation completes, click "Activate"
Optional: Configure your knowledge base settings in Knowledge Base → KB Configuration

Option 2: Manual Installation via FTP

Download the plugin zip file (echo-knowledge-base.zip)
Extract the zip file to your computer
Connect to your web server using an FTP client
Navigate to your WordPress plugins directory (/wp-content/plugins/)
Upload the 'echo-knowledge-base' folder
Log in to your WordPress admin panel
Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins
Find "Echo Knowledge Base" and click "Activate"
