1. Install the EngageBay WooCommerce integration plugin

Login to your WordPress admin panel, go to the 'Plugins' menu and click on 'Add New'.

• Search for 'EngageBay WooCommerce integration' in the WordPress plugin repository and click 'Install Now'. Activate the plugin after installation. After activation, you will see the ‘EngageBay’ tab on your main menu.
• Download the EngageBay WooCommerce plugin from our website. Click ‘Upload Plugin’ to upload the plugin zip file and click 'Install Now'. Activate the plugin after installation. After activation, you will see the ‘EngageBay WooCommerce’ tab on your main menu.
• Create or set up EngageBay account

Click on the ‘EngageBay WooCommerce’ tab and navigate to ‘Settings’. Create a new EngageBay account if you don’t have one from here.

In admin sidebar, Go to WooCommerce->EngageBay WooCommerce. You will find the EngageBay Configuration. Settings you can configure

• Check “Sync Customers to EngageBay” if you want to add contact automatically when the new user registers in WooCommerce.
• When the customer updates their profile, those details will get automatically updated in EngageBay.
• Check “Sync purchased orders to EngageBay” if you want to add purchased order details as notes and purchased product names as tags.
• Check “Enable Web popups”, if you want to display popups in your websites.
• Test the configuration

Test the configuration by creating few contacts and making test purchases to see if it is synced to EngageBay.
