Can I connect WooCommerce to eBay?
Yes. Eselt connects your WooCommerce store to eBay (DE, AT, COM, UK, AU). You can create eBay listings from your WooCommerce products in bulk and keep stock, prices and orders synchronized.
Can I connect WooCommerce to Amazon?
Yes. Eselt connects WooCommerce to Amazon (COM, DE, UK, AU). Publish your WooCommerce products as Amazon listings and sync inventory, prices and orders automatically.
Can I import my eBay or Amazon listings into WooCommerce?
Yes. Import your existing eBay or Amazon listings into Eselt and send them to your WooCommerce store in bulk. The connector works both ways: from WooCommerce to the marketplaces and from the marketplaces to WooCommerce.
Which other marketplaces can I connect to WooCommerce?
Besides eBay and Amazon, Eselt currently supports Kaufland.de and Otto.de. New sales channels are added over time.
Can I manage multiple marketplaces from one WooCommerce store?

Yes. With LiveSync enabled, product attributes, prices and inventory stay up to date across all channels, and marketplace orders are imported into WooCommerce for fulfillment.
Does Eselt support GPSR (product safety)?
Yes. Eselt keeps the manufacturer, the responsible person in the EU and safety information with each product and sends them with your listings to the marketplaces that ask for them. In WooCommerce, the plugin shows this data on the product page or passes it to German Market or Germanized.
The connection fails or stops working. What can I do?
Most often a firewall in front of your store blocks requests from Eselt. Please allow our IP addresses 213.133.106.182 and 213.133.105.31:
- Cloudflare: add both IP addresses under Security > WAF > Tools > IP Access Rules with the action Allow. If that does not help, turn off Bot Fight Mode (Security > Bots). If you use Super Bot Fight Mode or WAF custom rules, add a custom rule (Security > WAF > Custom rules) with the expression "IP Source Address is in 213.133.106.182 213.133.105.31" and the action Skip, with all offered options enabled. Also make sure "I'm Under Attack" mode is off.
- WordPress security plugins (for example Wordfence, BlogVault, MalCare, Sucuri): add both IP addresses to the plugin's list of allowed or trusted IP addresses.
- Hosting provider: some hosts block API requests on their own firewall. Ask your host to allow both IP addresses.

- Product safety (GPSR): manufacturer, responsible person in the EU and safety information transferred by Eselt are now shown on the product page (as a "Product safety" tab, below the summary, or not at all – configurable on the Eselt page) and in a read-only box on the product edit screen. Shops using German Market or Germanized can hand the data over to that plugin's fields instead.
- Product safety texts are now translatable on translate.wordpress.org (literal text domain); tested up to WordPress 7.1.
- Store API keys are sent to the Eselt app in a POST request instead of the URL.
- German translation is used even when an older language pack from translate.wordpress.org is installed (the product safety settings and the "Product safety" tab were shown in English). Missing texts are still taken from the language pack.
- German locale variants (Deutsch (Sie), Österreich, Schweiz) use the German translation instead of English.
- Simpler product safety (GPSR) settings: first choose which plugin shows the data on the product page (Eselt, German Market or Germanized); the display options appear only when Eselt shows the data.
- Shops without German Market or Germanized can choose one of them and get a link to the plugin; Eselt hands the data over as soon as the plugin is active.
- Removed the "Apply to all products now" button – the data is handed over to the selected plugin with every product export from Eselt.
- Stock changes from orders are recorded again in stores with the WooCommerce feature "Cache Product Objects" (enabled automatically in stores installed with WooCommerce 11.0 or later). Before, Eselt did not see sales from such stores and did not reduce the stock.
- The Eselt page has two tabs: "Settings" for the connection to the Eselt app and "Product safety (GPSR)".
